Janice ADU / Home

In collaboration with Cottage ADU, we designed an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that combines a striking black and white color scheme with a touch of elegance through the use of patterned tiles. This small space features a loft for extra storage and usability, along with numerous windows that fill the interior with natural sunlight.

The client's vision was to create a bold and sophisticated living space using a monochromatic palette. To achieve this, we focused on the interplay between black and white elements, ensuring a balanced yet dynamic design. The inclusion of a carefully selected patterned tile added a layer of visual interest and texture to the overall aesthetic.
