Luke ADU / Home

In collaboration with Cottage ADU, we designed a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that artfully balances modern aesthetics with vibrant touches of color. This project presented a unique challenge due to the tricky shape of the ADU, dictated by the existing site conditions. The goal was to create a cohesive and connected living space that feels both contemporary and inviting.

The primary objective was to establish a modern and stylish atmosphere while incorporating colorful elements to add personality and warmth. By seamlessly integrating these accents and maintaining consistent design elements throughout the ADU, we achieved a harmonious flow between each area, overcoming the spatial challenges posed by the unique shape.
