Provide a safe residence for recently released LSPCS clients - a place to call home to re-learn skills necessary to lead and independent life.

1222 Magnolia Street in Oakland, California is a two story house built in 1910. The property has been abandoned for the past 12 years and must be renovated before embarking on its new mission.

The new house must provide for up to 8 residents and one on-site manager plus common areas for socializing and taking care of their daily needs.
