Working with Cottage ADU, we led a project that involved converting an existing office space into two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The developer aimed to create rental units with a broad appeal, focusing on an aesthetic that would attract and please a wide range of renters.

The primary objective was to transform the office space into two modern, comfortable, and visually appealing ADUs. The design needed to be versatile and neutral enough to appeal to a diverse rental market while still incorporating stylish and functional elements.
