With Cottage ADU, this project marked the second permit for the previous conversion. The goal was to create two new one-bedroom, one-bathroom units within the complex. These units were intended for high-end rentals, allowing for upgraded finishes to justify a higher rental rate.

The aim was to develop two premium one-bedroom units that offer superior living experiences with high-end finishes. These units were designed to stand out in the rental market, attracting tenants willing to pay a premium for quality and style.
