The project consists in the rehab of XVl century house, creating a gastronomic society with an extended service of hotel. The goal is to show the Basque culture and its values to the tourism which is higher each time. What is a gastronomic society?

The gastronomic societies are very popular in the Basque country, Spain. They consist of a group of partners that enables a place with kitchen and dining room for lunch and dinner with friends or family. The partners are responsibles of bringing the food that they are going to prepare (excepting the basic food that they can find in the larder of the society). It is usual to share the cooking work between two or three assistants to the party.
